What we collect, and when

We only collect what you choose to give us. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use analytics or tracking cookies at all. When you send us an enquiry through the form on this site we collect: your name and email; a short description of what you want to build or automate; your answer to where you are with investing; and optionally your company or website. Your submission is stored in the database behind this site and emailed to us so we can respond. If you only visit the site without contacting us, we don't collect personal information about you.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To respond to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any agreement. We use your enquiry details only to deal with what you've asked us about; we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who processes your information for us

Vercel hosts and serves this website. Lovable provides the database where enquiries are stored. Resend delivers the notification email of your enquiry to us. These providers process data on our behalf under contract, and some of them, or their infrastructure, are located outside the UK and EEA — where that is the case we rely on the appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for 24 months, then delete it, unless we're already working together or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to see, correct, delete, or restrict the information we hold, and object to our use of it. Email hello@quantum121.com and we'll respond within the time the law allows. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site, which is why you won't see a cookie-consent banner.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
